Hello Friends,
May was an exciting month at Tamarindo Church. A couple of highlights from the month were the Women’s Retreat and a visit from a group of 23 students from St. Francis University. TC WOMEN’S RETREAT There were about 30 ladies who went on the women’s retreat this year which was held at La Carolina Lodge… about 2 hours away near Tenorio Volcano. Horseback riding, hiking to a waterfall, natural hot-tub, fresh local food…. Needless to say A special thanks to the worship team, to Stacey, Jen Snow, and to the staff at Carolina Lodge for making the event a success! ST. FRANCIS UNIVERSITY A second highlight of the month was that Tamarindo Church hosted a group of 23 Students from St. Francis University in a

the ladies had a blast out in God’s creation and sharing these experiences with each other. And of course there were the meaningful times 
of sharing, bible study and prayer that the ladies had. The group watched conference messages given at the “IF: Gathering” women’s conference that was held in the U.S. earlier this year.
couple of local service projects. With the $1500 the students raised, they painted two local schools (in Rio Seco and Los Pargos), and had
windows and screens installed in the cafeteria of the school in Rio Seco. Thanks to Mike and Keilyn Krepin for their efforts in organizing the event… and thanks to St. Francis students for your generosity and hard work.
We’d also like to say a pre-farewell to the Wells Family as they have sensed God’s call to move to Guatemala in July to explore ways to serve the poor there. This picture was on the day when Tyler and his son Landon were baptized here in Tamarindo… it was an awesome day. During their several months of attending Tamarindo Church…. Tyler and Celeste have served faithfully on Sunday mornings with our set up team, and Tyler has been with us every Friday night as well serving at Kidz Club. Oh yeah… did I mention that they also volunteered in Children’s church as well. You guys are awesome and we will miss having you with us!!! THANK YOUR for generosity and faithfulness in serving our church community while you were here with us. We know you will be a huge blessing wherever you end up serving in Guatemala.|

Last Meeting Friday, June 12th
 Hey everyone… just wanted to give you the heads up that we will be taking a break from Kids club for the summer….and our last meeting will be Friday, June 12th. We hope to see you these next two weeks!
Meeting every Friday night from 5:45-7:30, Kidz Club rocks it for kids ages 5-12. Come join in the fun, games, activities, snacks, music and learn about how much God loves them. Great date night opportunity for the parents too!!! All kids are welcome:)

 Skate Club meets every Wednesday @ 4:00pm Kids 6-10yrs welcome. Skate session is followed by a group bible study with the kids.
